Amisha Patel injured knee

Bollywood’s ever Pretty Ameesha Patel, who seems to be getting even prettier with each passing day, was seen with a white bandage around her knee at Hrithik Roshan’s place for Pinky Roshan’s party on Sunday night.

It came out that the lady had a knee injury in August while working out and the knee is still in the healing process. While working out, Ameesha was spinning excessively and damaged her knees. Currently, the actress is been undergoing physiotherapy and in order to refrain from putting pressure on her knees, she is not doing cardio and lower body workouts in gym.

Ameesha’s trainer, Khushru Cooper says, “She is recovering from injury. These are joints of the body which are used at every movement of yours, may be while walking or sitting. Thus it is a slow and careful recovery. Her physiotherapy is on and will be fine soon.”
